1. Our Free Service Model

AdmitWave is a specialized admission counseling service operated by CollegeChuno("we," "us," "our"). We provide all guidance, university matching, and counseling services completely free of charge to students.

As a result, in most cases, no monetary refund is applicable because no payment is collected from students.

2. Accidental or Erroneous Payments

If you believe you have made a payment to AdmitWave by mistake (for example, through a payment link, QR code, or any other channel), please contact us immediately at:

We will investigate and, if an erroneous payment is confirmed, we will initiate a full refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. University Fees — Not Our Responsibility

⚠ Important: AdmitWave does NOT collect university admission fees, tuition fees, or any deposits on behalf of any university. Any fees paid directly to a university are subject to that university's own refund and cancellation policy.

We strongly advise all students and parents to review the respective university's official refund and cancellation policy before making any payment to any institution. AdmitWave holds no liability for fees paid to third-party universities or institutions.

4. Service Cancellation

You may stop using AdmitWave's counselling services at any time without any cancellation fee or penalty. Simply inform your assigned counsellor or email us at [email protected], and we will stop all follow-up communications immediately.

5. Data Deletion Upon Request

If you cancel or discontinue our services, you may also request the deletion of your personal data as per our Privacy Policy. Send your request to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

6. Disputes & Escalation

If you have any dispute regarding a payment or service experience, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with your full name, contact number, and a description of your concern. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
  • Step 2: If unresolved within 7 business days, you may escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer forum as per Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
